MasterHAK 491610 Frame Extension for Fiat Ducato Motorhomes from 06/2006

Description

The MasterHAK 491610 frame extension is designed for motorhomes based on the Fiat Ducato from 06/2006 that do not have the SAWIKO RA030i preparation.

It provides the mounting base for the MasterHAK 491600 towbar system. The structure extends the existing chassis or auxiliary frame towards the rear of the vehicle and creates a strong mounting point for the separately available towbar crossmember.

Each kit is adapted to the specific motorhome. We take into account the rear overhang, the existing chassis design and the location of tanks, pipes and other equipment underneath the body.

The towbar crossmember, detachable towball and suitable electrical wiring kit must be selected and ordered separately.

Information required before ordering

Please provide:

• photographs of the chassis ends and the rear section of the chassis,
• photographs of tanks and equipment located within the installation area,
• the rear-overhang measurement,
• information about an existing or planned AMPLO hydraulic levelling system.

Based on the supplied photographs and dimensions, we will verify compatibility and manufacture the frame extension in the required length.

Important information

This product is intended exclusively for vehicles without SAWIKO RA030i preparation.

If the motorhome is already equipped with a SAWIKO RA030i rear-frame or garage-lowering structure, a different version must be used. Depending on the vehicle configuration, a variant compatible with the MasterHAK 381400 system may be required.

Do not order the frame extension based only on the vehicle make, model and year. Motorhomes may differ in rear-overhang length, chassis construction, tank position and additional equipment. Photographs and measurements must be checked before production to ensure that the correct version is supplied.
